Need to check a Kansas hunting regulation? This new app will make it easier
The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has a new hunting and fishing mobile app called, Go Outdoors KS!
If you hunt, fish or boat, the free app can be useful.
Hunters and fishermen can purchase and store licenses and permits; they can also store stamps and tags, according to a promo video posted to the department’s YouTube channel.
They will find information such as Kansas regulations on hunting and fishing, when sunsets and sunrises are, and prime wildlife feeding times. Hunters can also report their game.
The app is available on Apple and Android devices. Go to the App Store for iPhones and Google Play for Android phones, and search for “Go Outdoors KS.”
