Wingnuts lose to Laredo 10-4
Laredo beat the Wingnuts 10-4 on Friday night in Laredo, Texas.
The Wingnuts scored four runs in the sixth to tie the score 4-4. The Lemurs came back with three runs in the bottom of the sixth, then pulled away with three more in the eighth.
Wichita has already clinched the American Association South Division title. Laredo is trying to earn the league’s wild-card postseason berth.
