St. Paul pitcher stymies Wingnuts 7-0
Robert Coe held the Wingnuts scoreless for eight innings, striking out nine in leading the St. Paul Saints to a 7-0 American Association victory over Wichita on Monday night in St. Paul, Minn.
Coe (11-2) allowed six hits and walked two. All six Wingnuts hits were singles.
Wingnuts starter Anthony Capra (0-3) gave up five runs over three innings. He gave up two hits but walked seven and threw three wild pitches.
