Allen beats Thunder again
The Allen Americans beat the Thunder for the second consecutive night, defeating Wichita 6-4 on Saturday night in Allen, Texas.
Allen scored three goals in the first 13:09, but the Thunder tied the score before the end of the first period with goals from Nikita Kashirsky, Erick Lizon and Mike MacIntyre.
Allen reclaimed the lead with two goals in the second period, then made it 6-3 with as power-play goal at 12:10 of the third period.
Todd Hosmer scored in the final seconds for Wichita.
