Chiefs’ Andy Reid tickled by case of a disappearing reporter at Super Bowl media conference

Chiefs coach Andy Reid was down to his final question at Tuesday’s Super Bowl LIX media conference when something mysterious happened.

A reporter asked Reid about running back Kareem Hunt, who returned to the Chiefs this season and gave the team a needed jolt at running back after Isiah Pacheco was injured.

“Yeah, Kareem’s a good kid.” Reid said, “and he had a great career in Cleveland and we were able to ...”

Reid’s voice trailed off because the reporter got up from his chair and walked toward the back of the conference room in the Chiefs team hotel.

“That was a good question and he left,” Reid said before catching sight of the reporter, who went to check on his video feed.

“Anyways ... I gotcha,” Reid said. “You’re moving fast, covering a lot of bases.”

You can see that funny moment in the video above from Hannah Ruhoff.
