The Chiefs and 49ers meet again Sunday, Oct. 23, in Santa Clara., Calif., and both teams will be coming off losses. The Chiefs dropped a 24-20 decision to the Buffalo Bills at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, while the 49ers fell 28-14 at the Atlanta Falcons.
