What Northwest does well: “I feel like our strength is effort and hard work. In the offseason, that’s just mainly what we do. I feel like we’re in great shape and we come to practice every day and work our butts off and get better and better. We’ve had adversity with injuries, and somehow we still end up doing pretty well.”
What has to improve: “Stay injury-free. That’s probably the first biggest step. We work hard every day, but focus on the little stuff, stay out of trouble and do the right thing to be successful.”
