Evan Nichols on his team
What Carroll does well: “I feel like the strength of our team this year is probably our offensive line. (Our team) is younger, but we’re close-knit this year. We’ve been doing team bonding through the whole year, so hopefully we’ll play as a more cohesive unit this year.”
What has to improve: “We’re pretty good right now, but we need to continue to get guys in the weight room. Just continue to build our camaraderie and our team mentality.”
