Former Wichita State guard Ron Baker was invited to the NBA Draft combine, according to his father, Neil Baker.

The combine is May 11-15 in Chicago and will feature 60 or more of the top college players who are eligible for the draft.

Fred VanVleet has not received an invitation, said Joe Danforth, his stepfather. Should VanVleet not receive one, he will work out for several NBA teams before the draft.

Baker, a 6-foot-4 guard, is working out in Los Angeles with other players represented by Creative Artists Agency. VanVleet, a 6-1 guard, is working out Indianapolis at 100% Hoops. He is represented by Andy Miller of ASM Sports.

The NBA Draft is June 23.
