Knicks assign Cleanthony Early to NBA D-League affiliate

The New York Knicks sent former Wichita State star Cleanthony Early to the Westchester (N.Y.) Knicks of the NBA Development League for a temporary assignment, according to Newsday.

Early has played in six games for the Knicks this season. He played in three D-League games last season for Westchester.
