Wichita State will open women’s MVC play at home
Wichita State’s women’s basketball team opens Missouri Valley Conference play against Indiana State on Jan. 2 at Koch Arena.
The Shockers, back-to-back defending champions, open with home games against Indiana State and travel partner Evansville before embarking on their lone three-game road trip in MVC play. The Shockers play at Missouri State, Bradley and Loyola in early January.
WSU opens the season against Creighton on Nov. 15 at Koch Arena.
