Last season’s game against Tennessee drew 14,356 fans to the downtown arena, WSU’s largest attendance in its four games at Intrust Bank Arena. The arena seats 15,004 for basketball. The Shockers are 4-0 at Intrust Bank Arena, defeating Tulsa (2010), UAB (2011), Southern Mississippi (2012) and Tennessee.
Time and television information has not been announced.
On Tuesday, the Missouri Valley Conference informed media members that the conference schedule will be sent to schools this week. Schools will then release their schedules when complete. WSU’s non-conference opponents and dates are final. In past seasons, WSU has chosen to wait until all times are set, often waiting on broadcast information, before releasing its schedule.
