Wichita State’s Raudsepp rehabs sprained ankle before NCAA match
Wichita State outside hitter Mikaela Raudsepp suffered a sprained left ankle in practice on Tuesday.
“She’s day to day,” coach Chris Lamb said.
Raudsepp did not practice on Wednesday and spent the time icing and treating the ankle, Lamb said.
The Shockers play TCU on Friday in the NCAA Tournament in Lincoln, Neb. They will practice in Lincoln on Thursday.
Raudsepp, a junior, played in all 107 sets this season. She averages 2.95 kills a set, second on the team, with a hitting percentage of .253. She earned second-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors.
