Ex-Shocker Fred VanVleet scores 31 points in Raptors exhibition

Rookie guard Fred VanVleet scored 31 points on 12-of-19 shooting Friday night for the Toronto Raptors in a 122-105 exhibition victory over Buenos Aires San Lorenz, an Argentian professional team.

VanVleet, a former Wichita State guard, had five assists and five rebounds in a starting role, playing 38 minutes. He made 2 of 3 three-point shots.

VanVleet led the Raptors in scoring.
