Three-overtime classic between Oklahoma, Kansas to be shown on Cox 22
So you didn’t set your DVR to record Monday night’s memorable Kansas basketball game against Oklahoma? Cox cable customers have a second chance.
Cox 22 will show the three-overtime victory by No. 1 Kansas over No. 2 Oklahoma at 7 p.m. Tuesday, said Mark Ewing, programming manager for Cox Kansas.
Kansas won 109-106 in a game heralded nationally as the best this season and maybe in years. The game featured two Wichita stars. Oklahoma senior Buddy Hield, who played at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, scored 46 points. Heights alumnus Perry Ellis, a senior, scored 27 points with 13 rebounds for KU.
