Former Shocker Ashlyn Driskill joins Kansas volleyball team

Former Wichita State volleyball starter Ashlyn Driskill has joined the Kansas team for her final season of eligibility.

Driskill, from Valley Center, graduated from WSU a year early and is eligible immediately at KU, where she has applied for a master’s of business administration program with the intention of later enrolling in medical school. Driskill announced her intention to leave WSU to begin the medical school process after last season.

A 6-foot outside hitter, Driskill started 16 matches last season and ranked second on the team in kills per set and third in total kills.
