Pro Bowl will feature two former Kansas State players on punt returns
A former Kansas State football star will take center stage every at the Pro Bowl every time there is a punt.
Darren Sproles and Tyler Lockett both made the Pro Bowl roster, announced Tuesday, as punt returners.
Sproles, a former K-State running back, led the Philadelphia Eagles with 446 return yards and two touchdowns this season.
Lockett, a former K-State receiver, totaled 966 total return yards -- handling both punts and kickoffs -- and two touchdowns with the Seattle Seahawks. He also came on late in the season as a receiving threat, totaling 596 yards and six touchdowns. He is having an outstanding rookie year.
Both players could be used at multiple positions during the game.
