  • Cooper Beebe staged a “protect the bride” shotgun photo with Dak Prescott watching nearby.
  • The Dallas O-line and tight end Brevyn Spann‑Ford attended Beebe’s wedding in Manhattan.
  • Beebe, a 2024 third‑round pick, has cemented himself as the Cowboys’ starting center.

Step aside, Dak Prescott.

That’s exactly what Dallas Cowboys center Cooper Beebe instructed his NFL quarterback to do over the weekend at his wedding reception at a lakefront venue located just outside Manhattan.

Instead of snapping the ball to Prescott like he usually does on fall Sundays, Beebe asked BrayLynn Anshutz (his new bride) to line up behind him and catch the football out of the shotgun formation while Prescott looked on to her right. For added effect, Beebe was flanked by the entire Dallas starting offensive line, plus tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford.

Beebe’s father, Tom, snapped a picture as the entire group ran “protect the bride” while dressed in formal attire.

He then shared the photo, and others, on social media.

Needless to say, it was a hit.

Beebe, a former star offensive lineman at Kansas State who is now a trusted blocker for the Cowboys, had some notable guests in town for his big day.

The entire Dallas offensive line of Tyler Guyton, Tyler Smith, Tyler Booker, Terence Steele, and Spann-Ford joined Beebe and his wife in the Little Apple to celebrate their new marriage.

“It was a fantastic event,” Tom Beebe said.

Dallas Cowboys offensive line coach Conor Riley also attended the reception, and so did many of Beebe’s former K-State teammates.

KT Leveston, Hayden Gillum and Christian Duffie, who used to play on the offensive line with Beebe in Manhattan, were also in the house.

“There is nothing better than the brotherhood of the O-line,” Tom Beebe said.

Although Beebe spends most of the year in DFW with his NFL team, he still bleeds purple and returns to Manhattan whenever he has free time. He was spotted in attendance at several K-State football practices this spring.

His love for K-State is part of the reason why he remained in college for five seasons and then held his wedding in Manhattan rather than Dallas or his hometown of Kansas City.

Beebe’s guest list goes to show how quickly he has become a popular player with the Cowboys. Since being selected in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft, he has cemented himself as the starting center in Dallas. There was apparently no way his fellow offensive linemen, or his quarterback, were going to miss his wedding day.
