Kickoff times, TV info announced for upcoming KU, K-State Big 12 football games
The Kansas Jayhawks and the Kansas State Wildcats will both play football games in prime-time on Saturday, November 16.
Kansas will travel to LaVell Edwards Stadium for a 9:15 p.m. game against undefeated BYU on that day. ESPN will televise the action to a national audience.
K-State will play a few hours earlier, either at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. against Arizona State at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. A TV network will be selected to broadcast that game at the end of this week.
Both games will be important in the race for a Big 12 championship.
The Jayhawks (2-6, 1-4 Big 12) can play spoiler against the Cougars (8-0, 5-0 Big 12) as they try to close out a dream season and push for a spot in the College Football Playoff.
The Wildcats (7-2, 4-2 Big 12) will be trying to make up ground in the conference standings after suffering a surprising loss at Houston. The Sun Devils (6-2, 3-2 Big 12) also remain in the mix for a league championship.
The Big 12 and its TV partners have announced game times for the next two weeks.
