Mill Valley lineman Evan Applegate commits to Kansas State football

Mill Valley senior Evan Applegate, a 6-foot-7, 285-pound offensive lineman, announced via Twitter on Friday that he has made a non-binding commitment to play at Kansas State.

Rivals.com lists Applegate as a three-star recruit and said he received offers from K-State, Arkansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Northern Illinois and others.

Applegate helped lead Mill Valley to a 10-1 record in 2013.
