Come on, Sedgwick County commissioners. Things change, but you guys do not. Intrust Bank Arena needs a new entrance. Get on board. Quit being the little engine that couldn’t.

If the arena is interested in remodeling, how about doing something about the seats? People shouldn’t have to sit with their knees up to their chins or be so crowded that those behind spill beer all over them.

Are there any taxpayer-funded proposals that don’t meet the low-bar threshold for approval of Sedgwick County commissioners Dave Unruh and Tim Norton? I have never heard of a taxpayer-funded proposal they don’t like.

The EpiPen price increases are just one more example of greed by the drug companies. I am sure the Republicans will blame this on President Obama.

Since Donald Trump can’t get it together in his campaign, how can he handle problems in the White House? You just can’t say, “You’re fired,” and try again. We need competent people running the White House.

If Hillary Clinton were a member of the Republican Party, she would be in jail this very minute.

Is Trump now in favor of amnesty? What gives?

The news media crucify Trump for promising to enforce the immigration laws. The same news media coddle Clinton for breaking laws, lying and putting our security at risk.

Have to give it to the liberals for inventing a new group to target. If they can create the Alt-Right, we should also discuss the Alt-Left.

If you can’t understand how a Catholic can be a Democrat, this Catholic Democrat would like to say, “Bless you, and may God have mercy on your intolerant soul.”

Political correctness is nothing more than worrying about what people think of you.

Teachers, whatever happened to “dress for respect”? Are jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers appropriate attire for a teacher?
