It’s so predictable to hear the whining now about potholes in our streets. We had the opportunity to avoid this problem by approving a 1-cent sales tax. That one little penny doesn’t seem so bad now, does it?
Who’s going to tell Donald Trump that he’s the problem, not his campaign staff?
The sign said, “Trump digs coal.” If so, then he’s my man. We need coal to charge the electric cars for the liberals and to give good people jobs.

The Dr. Glen Dey Park on North Hillside arguably has the nicest playground equipment in Wichita. However, I was saddened recently to see a large amount of litter around the equipment. Why can’t people be more responsible?

By my rough estimate, there are almost 5,000 properties delinquent in their taxes. What are our elected officials doing about this problem?
I agree that if you live here, you need to learn English. I would also challenge the person who wants people to leave the country to live a day in their shoes. Do the jobs that most people refuse to do.
I recently sat distracted at a funeral. I was fixated on the casket. Nice metal, sturdy handles, strong lid. I thought to myself that Coleman could make a better model at a cheaper price. I’d order mine in the classic green.
