Loretta Lynch disqualified herself for confirmation as attorney general. She said the president’s executive action on illegal immigrants was legal and that these individuals had the right to work in this country just like citizens. Unbelievable.
Obama says we’re similar to ISIS because evidently 1,000 years ago we did some bad things in the Crusades. Hey, buddy – they’re crucifying children and burying them alive today. They’re beheading today. They’re immolating people today, not 1,000 years ago.
To the person who couldn’t stop laughing after hearing that Donald Trump and Sarah Palin might be presidential candidates: I felt the same way about Obama when he was re-elected. But the biggest joke was on the American people.
Another news flash: Just because someone has a permit for a concealed-carry gun does not mean they aren’t also “inclined toward gun violence.” More guns lead to even more violence. It’s just common sense.
I don’t want to be anywhere near the tough guy with his gun – “If I am able to get my gun in hand” and “kill, kill, kill.” I might be accidentally killed, killed, killed.
The “good guy with a gun” is defined only by his intentions. The definition does not address his intelligence, judgment, personality, temperament or emotional self-regulation. How does that old saying go, “The road to hell is paved with good….”?
Gov. Sam Brownback knows exactly what he is doing, but he is very good at acting like he does not know what he is doing. I’ve never seen a better possum player.
What is the difference in Brownback or the Legislature cutting the school budget? Dressed either way it’s a cut, but ultimately it’s probably a blame game, while both are culpable.
If you run out of things to do in Wichita, I heard there is a legislative circus a few miles to the north where the ringmaster is trying to balance a budget while riding on a spin cycle.
I don’t see the big deal about Brian Williams lying about being shot down in Iraq. He lies about Republicans and conservatives every day.
NBC should fire Brian Williams and he can join his daughter on HBO’s “Girls.” That way both of them can run around naked.
So Brian Williams’ “war story” never really happened. Somehow I can’t get too upset about that, considering the misinformation, exaggerations and outright lies perpetuated by Obama and some members of his administration for the past six years.
More kids are getting kidney stones. Has anyone checked into how many sports drinks these kids are allowed to drink? They contain a lot of sodium and other junk that kids don’t need.
