If a presidential candidate has to ask “why don’t we use them?” three times when discussing nuclear weapons, they should be disqualified from the presidency.

Vladimir Putin is a dictator. His choice of Donald Trump is a good reason not to vote for Trump.

Surely Trump won’t allow any debate questions to be over foreign policy, the military or any other aspect of government for which Hillary Clinton’s experience will give her an advantage. It just wouldn’t be fair.

You think Trump is hard to handle now? Just wait until he is the head dude. No telling what he will do when he can’t get his way.

Regarding “Americans remain gloomy about economy, while Chinese remain sunny”: Bill and Hillary Clinton sold out much U.S. business and technology to China, so her lead in polls is great cause for our gloom.

You GOP members who vote for a third-party candidate, or simply don’t vote, are handing the presidency of the U.S. to a treasonous, pathological liar who can’t be trusted with anything. It will be on your conscience. Are you ready for that?

In true Democrat hypocritical fashion, Bernie Sanders just closed on a $600,000 “summer” home.

A letter writer said that “Mexico is one of the most Catholic nations on the planet.” Not so. After 80 years of neo-communist oligarchy, Catholics and most Mexicans struggle desperately. That’s why big problems exist with Mexico.

People are being poisoned by marijuana chemicals in food. Shouldn’t the potheads explain to us all again and refresh our memory about how pot does no harm?

People can buy school supplies and get good deals at Dollar Tree. They have the lists, and even if you have more than one student, it will not break the bank. Some would just prefer to stand in line after line and have things handed to them.

In 25 years you can tell your grandchildren that there used to be telephones in every home. We shopped in buildings called malls. We played music on little discs called CDs. Books were held in your hands. I saw fax machines come and go. Time and technology wait for no one.
