Is it too late to get a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would give Obama a third term and let the major parties try again in four years with better candidates? Kind of a do over.
Before going on stage, Trump should review the second sentence of his Miranda warning: “Anything you say can and may be used against you in a court of law.”
Signs at Clinton rallies say “Fighting for us” – “us” being individual people, versus fighting for the USA. Typical Democrat moocher mentality versus Republican patriotic mentality.
Trump is an IQ test in which there are no wrong or right answers.
Washington types want Clinton in the White House so they will be able to control her with all the illegal stuff she pulls. They can get her out of office if she does not do what they tell her. They cannot control Trump.
I predict a Clinton win and four more years of Republican obstructionism. Our only hope is that Trump so damages the GOP that it loses both the House and Senate.
For years, our nation has battled the addiction to cancer-causing tobacco products. But TV and movies now have replaced smoking with alcohol consumption. America must mount a battle against the alcoholism being constantly promoted.
We’ve outgrown the practice of funeral processions. I’ve been delayed three times in the past two weeks. Enough. End the funeral processions now.
Some local business owners feel entitled to avoid paying income taxes because they are “job creators.” But every dollar I spend creates a job for someone, including employees of “job creators.” There is no reason I should also have to pay their taxes for them.
In the 1940s and ’50s, parents provided their children’s school supplies, including books. You might find some of the supplies at the five-and-dime stores. There were no groups that handed out free supplies. Bottom line: It was the parents’ responsibility.
After Gregg Marshall’s outburst in Canada, Wichita State should change the team colors from black and yellow to the many shades of red. How embarrassing that display was. You can get upset, challenge and argue, but to be totally out of control?
Despite your rumors, Shocker fans, Gregg Marshall is human.
