Conservative legislators left Topeka with the budget unbalanced, thinking Brownback would take the heat for making the hard choices and leave them in the clear. Voters saw through the ruse and threw the bums out.
Those who pay state income tax in Kansas should be able to vote. I think those who don’t pay state income tax forfeit the right.
So Donald Trump wants to do to America’s economy what Sam Brownback did to the economy and finances of Kansas.
That seems right – the least knowledgeable presidential candidate in decades chooses discredited Republican ideas for his economic plan.
Trickle-down economics bests trickle-up poverty anytime.
If you are a Republican, you must vote for Trump. Any wasted vote for a third-party candidate, however laudable, is a vote for corrupt Hillary Clinton. As wrecked as Obama has left the USA, Clinton would be a disaster.
“I may have short-circuited” is Hillary-speak for “I told another lie.”

Mike Pompeo had a telephone town hall Monday night. It was pretty cool. While I am a Democrat and do not agree with him on much, I do appreciate him being so accessible.
