That $400 million to Iran would have gone a long way toward treating the Zika virus, but apparently Iran needs it more.

Where do we send ISIS fighters if not to Guantanamo? How about the gallows? That would be nice.

Hillary was responsible for the deaths of four Americans, and it’s handled like a joke. Trump made a remark about a soldier who was killed, and it was the news 24/7 for days. What’s wrong here?

It appears that Donald Trump’s Hindenburg-size ego is about to suffer the same fate as the original.

Trump is starting to look, through his nonstop gaffes, as if he is the dog that has caught the car. He has it, but now is not sure he wants it.

Hillary will be the best president money can buy.

Have you seen the new comedy/drama series on TV? It’s called “Trump Runs for President.” It’s on daily. Just turn on the news to find it.

When Donald Trump said he sacrificed, he was correct: He has sacrificed hundreds of millions of dollars of other people’s money.

Clinton or Trump? Are those really our choices? If Rep. Mike Pompeo wasn’t on the ballot in November, I don’t think I would show up. What happened to the sane, rational public officials?

Pompeo has helped make safety cheaper in the aviation industry and has fought hard for small airports and small airplane owners. Kansas needs our aviation industry to stay alive.

So 17 percent of registered voters in Sedgwick County voted Aug. 2. I predict the more than 80 percent who did not vote will be the ones doing all the complaining.

Instead of seeing more officers in the City Council’s downtown bar district to help control its inevitable problems, I want to see them in my neighborhood to prevent crimes here. I don’t pay taxes to take care of problems that bars create.
