Hillary Clinton is sane, intelligent and a proven leader who knows when to talk and when to listen. She will serve us well by working with the rest of the world, not antagonizing other nations.

So Hillary Clinton got the Democratic nomination for president. Well, what difference does it make?

After the Democrat convention I have just one question: When did these people become so patriotic?

Would someone please make a list of the Kansas politicians and judges supported by Gov. Sam Brownback? Then I’ll know whom to vote against.

I wish Kris Kobach would keep a list of folks who think we shouldn’t be concerned about voter fraud. When he finds someone who voted illegally, then he could void the vote of a voter on the list. I want my vote to count.

Mark my words: The new police chief’s plan to tiptoe around criminals will turn out badly for this city.

The D.C. chapter of Black Lives Matter said the Wichita “First Steps” cookout “is not in line with our principles.” But any attempt toward common understanding and change should be respected and applauded.

The reason people didn’t come to the first Sedgwick County budget hearing is because they’re afraid to speak. Commissioners Richard Ranzau, Karl Peterjohn and Jim Howell have shown they will retaliate against those who dare disagree with them.
