Opinion Line Extra (July 30)

Anyone who thinks Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump will do what they say they are going to do needs to wake up from that dream.

Remember: It was a Clinton who sold out our country to NAFTA.

The Clintons are the biggest frauds and you Americans are falling for it hook, line and sinker.

Donald Trump may be Republicans’ best gift to the Democrats because his bombastic bigotry generated so much radiance at the Democratic convention that the light from it will clearly expose him as a self-serving manipulator.

I am a registered Republican and am ashamed that my party is represented by Donald Trump. I can’t vote for someone who spews hate and fear. He has no real solutions. If he wins the presidency I truly fear for our country. Dear God, please save us.

I was poisoned Thursday night. Luckily I didn’t need to go to an emergency room to have my stomach pumped. Chelsea and Hillary Clinton were on TV, and that did the job.

Trump is leading the presidential race on a well-thought-out shoestring budget. We need that in a president for a change.

I wonder if Monica Lewinsky will vote for Hillary.

It is a shame when emotionalism Trumps logic and competence.

Sen. Ty Masterson must be worried about his state Senate seat. I get one of his propaganda mailings every two or three days.

Tim Huelskamp and Roger Marshall seem to be bent on mudslinging and bashing each other to the point that neither has given us any idea of what he will do if he is elected.

I’m tired of getting Jerry Moran’s scare-tactic mailers every other day. Obstructionism by Moran and his GOP pals have hurt our economy in every sector.

Since it’s mandatory that I pay for recycling in Park City, I wish I could return all the mailers to the candidates in such a manner that they had to pay for it. Maybe they wouldn’t send two or three of the same card every day if it cost them twice.

The people constantly dogging Sam Brownback and Kris Kobach are probably the ones who feel the state of Kansas isn’t giving them enough of other people’s money, or spending as much as they’d like of other people’s money on their socialist programs.

I believe in science. God created science.
