I can’t for the life of me name five accomplishments of Joe Biden or Michelle Obama in the past seven years.

Michelle Obama wants us to believe that America has always been great. Is that the same Michelle Obama who said in a speech in February 2008, “For the first time in my adult life, I’m really proud of my country”? Apparently she didn’t think it was so great then.

Melania Trump, you’re no Michelle Obama. Oops, I think Lloyd Bentsen already said that.

Donald Trump has the same plan to defeat ISIS that George W. Bush had in Iraq – none.

Do not miss the movie “Hillary’s America.” It is well worth seeing, regardless of your political stance.

Honestly, what has Clinton done? She was married to a president. She has a powerful political machine behind her. Why couldn’t the first woman nominated to be president have worked for and earned the right? Political disgrace. Uncontrolled ignorance.

Since the Republicans want to take us back to the 1950s they should also support 1950s tax rates, up to 90 percent for the wealthy.

Integrity in Democrat world is top DNC staffers exposed as bigots, racists and nomination manipulators. Joining them is the news media, which is more concerned about who outed them than their insulting, disreputable behavior. Richly, the originator, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, immediately joined the Clinton campaign.

Trump is a loose cannon who I predict will have us at war with Russia within a month of getting into office, because he’ll order us to shoot down an Su-24 flying provocative maneuvers over one of our destroyers.

I noticed all the “Dubious, bogus and utterly phony headlines” in Monday’s Eagle were digs at Trump and the GOP. Is that fair and balanced coverage? But then if The Eagle printed stupid things about Hillary and the Democrats, that wouldn’t be bogus. Never mind.

The best U.S. presidents have been humble men. Trump may be an interesting reality TV star, but he does not have the makings of a substantial president.

Watch out for County Commissioners Richard Ranzau and Karl Peterjohn taking over the zoo. First they’ll screen animals to see if they come from a Muslim country and then refuse to hire workers named Muhammad.

The hands-free magnetic screen door technology should be applied to replace zippers in old men’s pants, or at least in my pants. Many of my zippers are getting old and forgetful.
