Opinion Line Extra (July 8)

I thought we were paying Obama to run the country, not to fly Hillary Clinton around in Air Force One to campaign.

I would much rather have a president who tells the truth and makes people uncomfortable than someone who lies every time she opens her mouth just to get people to vote for her.

George Bush kept us safe from terrorists. Obama lets them in the country and tells us to hug and love them.

All these terrorist attacks are happening under Obama. Now comes Hillary, who will take over where Obama leaves off. As a woman, I am very afraid for all the children growing up with another four years of Obama. Women: Are you listening?

A new Benghazi tidbit here, a new Benghazi tidbit there. Nothing significant, just trumped-up accusations, wasted time and $7 million wasted tax dollars. Time for these Republican congressmen to turn tail and run. Just in time for voters to vote them out.

It took the Republicans two years to come up with an investigation into the Benghazi attack, which took place in a matter of hours. They not only are closing the barn door after the horses are out, they are doing it in record slow time.

New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker said the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton was “routine.” Now we know why the Hollywood elite so love the Democrat, any Democrat. It’s all fantasy. Nothing is true. Scripted. Entertainment for a delusional and uneducated public.

The Democratic politburo continues to spin, spin, spin. I’m so dizzy that I could throw up.

Bringing back football at WSU would be the worst decision since electing Gov. Sam Brownback.

Does anybody have a big box of “smart” to pass along to Brownback?

Yeah, it’s legal, but I’m a citizen also. This annual outrage of several days of obnoxiously loud fireworks just isn’t right.

People should be more considerate of animals frightened by loud firecrackers, and especially of people with war-related PTSD. Some of the blasts sound like dynamite. Hope you guys shooting them get your kicks, because some of us certainly do not.

Veterans who have been on the receiving end of enemy fire in ships, or on land, don’t care to relive the experience every July. Join the service if you want to shoot off rockets and mortars, and do it in a wartime setting, not your front yards.

Either drive, or pull over and talk on your phone, because you’re an idiot and can’t do both at the same time.
