Now that we’ve survived the Brexit panic, that should put to rest the notion that markets are rational.


The candidate who will build the wall and start massive deportations has my vote. Make America America again.


LMI, an aerospace manufacturing company with good-paying jobs with benefits, moves a Wichita plant to Mexico. I’m counting the days until I get to vote for Donald Trump.


Those who want to “make America great again” should take a look around their homes. Our obsession with buying at the lowest price is what has put American workers out of work. NAFTA is what makes those $5 T-shirts and cheap July Fourth decorations possible.


I hope all you fireworks fanatics get some new disease from Zika virus mosquitoes, severe sunburn and burn your house down shooting off your Chinese fireworks. Yee-haw, America.


Fifteen, pregnant, unmarried. No money. She can’t leave, as she is locked in her home, treated like an animal. Oh, yeah – she’s a gorilla. Congratulations, Barika. We can’t wait to welcome your new baby.


Anyone who really cares about WSU knows that bringing back football is the road to bankruptcy for the university and its student body, and mediocrity in what is currently the best athletic program in the MVC.


What a waste of good money – for WSU to restart a football program. And heads.


Given the right-wing goofiness that has seized Kansas, one must ask: Does life insurance now cover alien abduction?


Let’s recall Gov. Sam Brownback and end this nightmare.


If it’s true that the Republican Party would sell its soul for 30 pieces of silver, then the Democratic Party would sell its soul for a free doobie and a veggie burger.


Thanks to Rep. Mike Pompeo for standing up to the Clinton machine and fighting for the truth about Benghazi. I’m proud he is our congressman.


Pompeo says we should be disgusted about the handling of the Benghazi situation. I am. I am disgusted at Pompeo and his colleagues, who wasted $7 million on a partisan witch hunt.


I took a plate of cookies to my 99-year-old friend, and she sent me home with two bottles of Mountain Dew. Life is good.
