You might as well throw the Stars and Stripes away. It’s dead, just like the Greatest Generation.
How easy it is for those of us born into a culture of middle- or upper-class privilege to judge those born into a culture of poverty. We know nothing of their struggles, yet steadfastly deny even their innocent children access to health care. All to score political points. Sickening.
