Of the 16,775 people on the state’s suspended-voters list in late April for failure to provide citizenship documentation, more than half were ages 17 through 21, Reuters reported. About 41 percent of those suspended voters were politically unaffiliated, 35 percent were Democrats, and 23 percent were Republicans (compared with 45 percent of registered voters).
