Do you know when a government spokesperson is lying? When their lips are moving. And that is very, very sad.

When Hillary Clinton speaks, it is like someone running their fingernails across a chalkboard.

Want ISIS to get a strong foothold in America? Just vote for Hillary and you’ll get it.

So the next lie surfaces from the Obama administration as Ben Rhodes, one of his main national security advisers, admits the gross inaccuracies about the Iran deal and how the administration convinces gullible young reporters to spin the story. Rhodes was also involved in creating the false Benghazi narrative.

If the best option this country can find to be our next president is either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, we are in serious trouble.

The Democrats are smart enough to know even as bad as she is, if they rally behind Clinton they can win the election. The Republicans are dumb enough not to know if they don’t rally behind Trump, he won’t win the election.

Gov. Sam Brownback once bragged that “Kansas has some of the best schools in the country.” Now he wants to degrade them with lack of support.

With all the talk about the shortage of school money, there hasn’t been a word mentioned about cuts to the many, many sports programs and coaches. You can sure tell where the priority lies.

The problem with school funding is that parents don’t pay enough, their fair share, to have their children schooled. I use the word “schooled” because I am confident that the children are not being educated. Not in public schools.

A letter said public officeholders cannot use that office to impose their personal views upon others. But that’s exactly what happens. The public never clamored for abortion, Obamacare or gay marriage; all were shoved down their throats by liberals.

Contrary to a letter to the editor about the tax-free policy on LLCs, there is not a positive side to this law. It is totally unfair to expect the working poor to subsidize any business owner.

More highway patrol troopers will make our highways safer, and will also bring in more traffic fine revenues.

Drivers who don’t obey the simplest laws – such as “wipers on, headlights on” or headlights on at sundown – are proof that every two years there should be a written and physical driving test followed by IQ and drug tests. Failure to pass any test should result in denial of driving privileges.
