Based on the behavior of many of his supporters, Donald Trump should change his campaign slogan to: “Make America Hate Again.”
Establishment Republicans still don’t get it. When they oppose Trump, they oppose the voice of the people. The more they oppose him, the more popular he becomes. It proves the guys in Washington don’t know what’s going on in the real world.
Is there a line that Donald Trump will not cross?
If you like expanding the welfare state, weakening the military, rewarding criminals, worldwide terror, unsecured borders, expanding and securing the permanent political class, terrible schools, pandering to every crazy group to garner votes, enabling corruption, then go ahead – vote Hillary Clinton.
No, Gov. Sam Brownback, we are not mad at President Obama, as you stated. We, the citizens of Kansas, are mad at you.
Brownback says the anger toward Obama is creating the voter distrust of politicians. I say the anger is over the always-say-no Republicans and the do-nothing Congress. Most Republicans believe the lies since they do not have the reasoned thinking to believe anything else.
Brownback is obviously a disciple of Tinker Bell. He thought if he sprinkled pixie dust on businesses, Kansas could fly.
So Secretary of State Kris Kobach has his fourth voter fraud case conviction. Four old guys. So much for the illegals flooding the voter booths.
Sorry, but if you need to be educated by Kris Kobach that you are not allowed to vote twice, even if it is in another state, then you should be charged. Better yet, you should lose your privilege to vote anywhere.
It is obvious that city officials have been very lax in enforcing the eight-person rule at Oxford Houses. The city must insist Oxford follow the law, like everyone else.
Sedgwick County commissioners make about $90,000 a year, Wichita City Council members make $40,000 a year, and school board members make zero. There is something wrong with this picture.
So county commissioners delayed choosing a joint law enforcement training center because they want to talk about training at the city’s fire training facility that the city already lets the county use? This is not a city-county spat. It’s the county’s elected leaders again not knowing how to govern.
Enough of this indecision. Quit this cow town mentality and build the new law enforcement training center. This process is more embarrassing than the current facility.
Do the government-paid experts claim that the appearance of June bugs in May is proof positive of global warming?
Give more than you take. Leave it cleaner than you found it. Think of someone other than yourself. You are not the only one on the planet.
