The failure of government in the lead crisis in Flint, Mich., is but a speck of the massive government incompetence that surrounds us.
I think Mike Pompeo is not running against Jerry Moran because he knows he cannot win.
A Clinton presidency translates to no pay raises – except for those making windfall profits using political favors.
That dratted Obama. He’s given full amnesty to 3 million illegal immigrants, banned assault weapons and secretly armed Iran. Just kidding. That was Reagan.
It wasn’t Muslim Arabs who killed 6 million Jews. It was white, Protestant Christians. If we had treated the Arabs fairly for the past 100 years instead of stealing their natural resources and redrawing their borders willy-nilly, they would have no reason to hate us now.

Instead of its feel-good TV ads showing dedicated professionals judiciously trimming a stray branch or two, Westar Energy should show what really happens: hired contractors butchering the trees with no regard to the appearance or health of the tree.
