Opinion Line Extra (March 31)

It seems to me we’re wasting a lot of money building and operating obsolete military machines. With drones, most of them will be useless or sitting ducks.

I see France is preparing for another terrorist attack by providing first aid training so Parisians can treat those wounded by the jihadis. Personally, I’m sighting in the new scope on my AR-15 for when it starts here.

The U.S. is broke ($19 trillion in debt). Nasty people are killing other people in Europe. Meanwhile, the leader of the free world is doing the last tango in Buenos Aires.

Obama is right. We should not let fear govern our lives. These mad bombers are thugs and murderers. Calling them “terrorists” enhances the twisted macho image they have of themselves.

Just because you don’t know how to pronounce “II Corinthians,” one might think you aren’t a Christian; however, believing that you don’t have to ask forgiveness – there’s your sign.

So it comes out that the Nixon White House created the war on drugs to vilify and jail the opposition: youth and blacks. Trump promises to do the same to Muslims. The fact that you keep voting Republican shows what you really believe in.
