Republicans have not been the party of Lincoln for many decades.
Donald Trump should be careful. His dog whistle call to arms about rioting if not nominated may bite him.
The Republican Party refuses to repudiate the failed policies of the tea party and Koch brothers. I dislike Trump, but he’s the only non-Koch option, and voters are swarming to him. Figure it out, GOP.
The popularity of Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are a direct result of a failed presidency of Barack Obama.
More often than not when Republicans go up against President Obama, they end up shooting themselves in the foot. The only thing saving them is that their political ammunition is of such a small caliber.
Donald Trump saying that “I’m speaking with myself” in respect to his foreign policy only further proves that his cheese done slid off his cracker.
Why does Obama blame everyone but himself for his failed administration?
Until we elect a new president, we should not have to pay income taxes to a lame-duck president.
Sens. Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran: Do your job. You swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, so have an up-or-down vote on the Supreme Court nominee. If you fail to do that, you fail on your sworn oath.
The fact that about 100 million Americans own firearms is one of the last true checks on our increasingly tyrannical government. It’s puzzling that people don’t realize that.
The fact we have both a standing army and militia (National Guard) in this country doesn’t in itself change the Second Amendment. If you want the Constitution changed, amend it the right way. Don’t ask judges to do it.
I just listened to Kate Smith singing “God Bless America” in 1940 via YouTube. What a treasure. I bet it is politically incorrect today.
While we are at it, can we vote on a constitutional amendment guaranteeing my right to go bird-watching, anywhere and anytime? I’m sure there are some other dysfunctional states that have done this.
If we now turn Old Town into a surveillance state with a multitude of added “security” cameras, I will no longer be spending my time and money in downtown Wichita.
There needs to be a time limit law put in place that if a medical facility bills you after a certain time, it is just out of luck. Many elderly get billed with no explanation of what procedure or service they are being charged for many months after their visit.
