The new Central Library is probably a good idea. But “state of the art” indicates a waste of our money. A good, clean, adequate facility would suffice. How many patrons use the facility now for study or research? Build what is needed and would be used fully.
Those people so adamant about building a new library in Wichita have had their brains scrambled by driving here with the terrible streets.

Mitt Romney has every reason to run for president as almost all his 2012 concerns have proved true, whereas Obama won’t admit his failures.
If Romney runs again, he needs to maybe down a shot of whiskey and loosen up a bit before he hits the stage.
If Mike Huckabee were president, would he have marched with the 50 world leaders in Paris?
Chris Christie, the best presidential candidate that Jerry Jones can buy.
Has anyone else noticed the strong resemblance of Joe Biden to Jeff Dunham’s puppet Walter?
