Anti-refugee bill sends ugly message
It was sad but not surprising that the House Federal and State Affairs Committee approved a bill Thursday that would allow a one-year moratorium on refugee resettlements in Kansas communities. Don’t let exaggerated fears cloud our compassion. – Phillip Brownlee
