Do Republicans really want an egomaniacal opportunist as their presidential nominee?
Someone please explain Donald Trump’s political experience to me. Governor, mayor, councilman, student council?
A vote for anyone other than Donald Trump is a vote for the status quo. You want change? Now’s your chance.
Not stopping Trump is working well for the Democrats because Trump can’t possibly win against Hillary Clinton.
I’m glad there was no Bernie Sanders encouraging me to vote for a free ride in life when I was young. My parents taught me a better value – be responsible and strive to be successful.
I’ve just been scammed. I just paid my Kansas income tax. I feel so stupid.
I now know how to vote on Kansas Supreme Court justices in November, thanks to Kris Kobach (Feb. 28 Now Consider This). I’ll vote to keep them all except for Justice Caleb Stegall.
To bring down the cost of higher education, have everybody who wants to go to college hold out for one year. The Kansas Board of Regents will know who is in charge.
The NRA has won. It’s gotten its wish. The country is so saturated with firearms now that shootings like the one at Hesston have become inevitable and almost routine. Congratulations.
As expected, the anti-gun nuts came out in force, spewing their diarrhea of misinformation after the Hesston shooting. What a bunch of idiots.
President Obama is trying to fulfill his campaign promise to close Guantanamo Bay. I wish he could remember that he also promised to uphold our Constitution. Apparently some promises are harder to keep.
Since Obama is closing Guantanamo and there is no other place to put terrorists captured on the battlefield, maybe U.S. war policy will now be “take no prisoners.” I can live with that, but I’m not sure our soldiers will be up to the summary executions.
Regarding Roberts’ video showing him throwing away Obama’s Gitmo plan: What a disgusting display of disrespect by Sen. Pat Roberts toward President Obama. Roberts will never get my vote.
There’s a saying that people get the kind of leadership they deserve. I guess we have really messed up somewhere down the line.
