Would someone please advise me why the U.S. Central Command needs a Twitter account?

The heads of countries went to France in solidarity against terrorism. About 1 million people marched in Europe. Let’s now see how much manpower and resources they put forth to destroy ISIS, or if the parade was a big show of nothing.

In failing to send a high-ranking official to the Paris march, the Obama administration once again showcases its gross ineptitude. Our clueless president is unable to act in even the most obvious commonsense situations. You pathetic people who elected and re-elected him should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Muslims, Christians and Jews all worship the same God, even though he goes by different names. So remember that when you criticize someone else’s deity, you may be aiming at your own.

The fear of all tyrants is a well-armed populace, which our founders understood perfectly. Hence, the Second Amendment. That is the reason it exists.

Wanted: time machine to take me immediately to the day after Obama leaves the White House.

Why waste more education dollars on tuition-free community college? Rather, we should implement programs to produce high school graduates who can read above the fifth-grade level.

I wish Gov. Sam Brownback had asked for prayers during the campaign. Maybe then we wouldn’t have been subjected to untruthful, sleazy, dirty political campaign ads.

I just talked to God last week and he told me he wished Brownback would leave his name out of politics.

Brownback can no doubt sympathize with us poor folks who must scrape by using payday loans. The only difference is that his loans are for $500,000 each. I wonder if he was required to leave his car title for security.

The Eagle series “In Need of Care” should have all Kansas citizens alarmed for the safety of our youngest residents. If these are sample cases, one can only imagine how widespread the incompetence is in this department. DCF is in need of a thorough housecleaning.

People lose their lives every day because of those who use alcohol or drugs, those who sell it and those who defend its sale and use. Why isn’t this a story?

Why do humans think they have to drink alcohol, smoke pot or do drugs to make them feel good, when other animals don’t?
