How classless is our president that he won’t attend the funeral of a Supreme Court justice.
Until I read a recent article, I assumed presidents always attended funerals of Supreme Court justices. Seems like the respectful thing to do, and you can bet if one of the liberal justices had died, Obama would be in the front row at the funeral.
A 79-year-old Supreme Court justice dies in his sleep at a secure private ranch surrounded by Republican hunting buddies. His family says they have no doubts that it was natural causes. None of these facts stops crazy conservative conspiracy theorists who refuse to believe that anybody dies of natural causes.
I guess the Senate will need to stay in session all year long to avoid President Obama making a recess appointment to the Supreme Court.
For everyone who thinks the American people should have a voice in nominating the next Supreme Court justice: They have. They elected the president whose duty it is to make that nomination.
Everyone should boycott Apple products until the company agrees to assist the FBI in the San Bernardino terror case.
I am convinced that the primary source of global warming and our excessive winds is Donald Trump’s campaign.
In the 1992 election, Ross Perot took many more votes from President George Bush than Bill Clinton. Perot’s presidential run gave the election to Clinton.
Some good advice to all voters: Ask your candidate if they think Medicare is unconstitutional, and then vote according to your situation.
Find out who your representatives are before you go to vote. If they are incumbents, find out their voting record. Did they vote to help or hurt you? If they are running against the incumbent, learn their stances on the issues important to you. Vote in your own best interests.

There’s a track record from states expanding Medicaid, and state budgets are being busted right now. As many as two times the expected number of people have signed up, with many leaving contributory employer health plans for free Medicaid.
No one likes taxes. But taxes are the price of government. Representative government is what stands between us and total chaos or tyranny. Overly intrusive government thwarts innovation and prosperity. But no government allows chaos. Security and civilization are found somewhere in between the extremes. That’s why we need moderates.

There sure seem to be a lot of new Broncos fans out there lately. It’s kind of funny how all of them claim to have always been Denver fans.
