Saturday’s area legislative delegation forum in Haysville had some heated moments, with attendees frustrated by the controlled format at times unproductively erupting into incivility. But the standing-room-only event also showed that voters are engaged and interested, as it highlighted big and small items under discussion at the Statehouse – ranging from speed limits and child welfare to the Clean Power Plan and appellate judge retention elections.
