The president acts so concerned about the Zika virus, and has asked Congress for lots of money to fight it. Has he secured our border so it doesn’t walk in? No, and he never will.

In order to help eliminate the deadly threat of the Zika virus, Bill O’Reilly needs to publish another book, this one titled “Killing Mosquitoes.”

Since when does the Wichita City Council have the authority to approve a new $33 million library? When do the taxpayers get to vote on their approval or disapproval?

Let’s use a little bit of foresight and wait until a final decision is made on the old library building before building a new one that we do not need. Then we will not be stuck with an old, empty building.

The City Council should purchase a fleet of bicycles for its personal use. This would ensure at least someone is using the new bicycle lanes.

Maybe if they start now they can find some halftime entertainment for next year’s Super Bowl.
