I hope the new police chief will get the county to do away with the phone numbers for when law enforcement wants to ignore fireworks, loud music and party complaints. If it’s illegal, enforce it. I would also like to see statistics on how many complaints were responded to New Year’s Eve.

Hey, Republicans, no matter how much you bad-mouth Hillary Clinton, we Democrats are still going to vote for her. Know why? She is better than any of the morons you have running. I would never vote for a Republican. Ronald Reagan would not even vote for some of these clowns.

Vladimir Putin once said that he could destroy the U.S. in a half hour. He would get a billionth of a second to enjoy it. Our government struggles to get some things right. Mutually assured destruction would not be one of them.

I would like to thank the NCAA for showing bowl games on ESPN. I guess if you do not have cable or satellite, you do not deserve to watch these games. Then they schedule a playoff semifinal to start during normal working hours on a workday. The NCAA’s greed amazes me.

Just when you think infomercial products couldn’t get any more stupid: coloring books for grown-ups. Sheesh.

Knee replacement manufacturers and surgeons see sandal and flip-flop wearers as their growing business opportunity.
