Opinion Line Extra (Dec. 22)

Most crime takes place when it’s dark. If we would keep daylight saving time all year, we would see a reduction of crimes.

Attention, all Kellogg racers: Remember not to hit the pace car. When was the last time Wichita police patrolled any section of Kellogg? I’m a daily race participant, and it has been some time since I’ve seen any tickets issued on our super speedway.

If Sedgwick County commissioners were serious about budget cutting, instead of cutting funding to programs for children and poor people they could cut their exorbitant salaries. Or will they try to reopen the gap between themselves and the overpaid City Council members?

It appears Democrat representative and former educator Carolyn Bridges learned that it’s more fun to boss children around in the surreal world of public education than it is to deal with adults in the real world.

Good news. The Citizens’ Utility Ratepayer Board might start working for the industry it was created to protect us, the consumers, against. Isn’t it great to live in a right-wing paradise?
