The global climate change deal is nothing but a tool for certain supporters to rake money from taxpayers without accountability.


Why do our liberals use the Earth’s natural climate cycles as an excuse to raise taxes and shove regulations down our throats? It’s all about grant grubbing, and excuses to control our citizens while raising money based on false data. Shame, shame.


An agreement to limit the amount of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere has been reached, thankfully, yet there are still a lot of global warming deniers. That’s OK. They are entitled to their opinions, just not the facts.


How soon they forget. Sen. Pat Roberts now deplores the “federal interference” that he helped create when he voted for the No Child Left Behind Act.


I’ve decided to not be disarmed again, so I’ve gone to my last arena event. The biggest murder toll in Paris was at a concert venue, but our nanny arena managers still think they make you safer taking away your only means of defense.


The right to bear arms and a woman’s right to abortion are both guaranteed by the Constitution. I suggest we make it as easy to buy guns as it is to get an abortion.


I think Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in cahoots.


Low-income “able-bodied adults” do have other health care options besides Medicaid. In Wichita there are Hunter Health, Guadalupe, GraceMed and other clinics. Democrats want us to support these clinics and put their clients on Medicaid, too.


The WSU football saga was one of mostly disappointing seasons, and one tragic season. Come on, president John Bardo, spare us from that scene again.


It would be awesome if WSU brought back the football program. Our community is a huge supporter of athletics. And to see the Shockers play football again in the beautiful stadium would be grand. It was sad to see football disappear years ago.


If WSU brings back football, watch the tuition rates start to increase.


I would support soccer at Wichita State as long as it is not a budget buster.


Would everyone who would like for The Wichita Eagle to bring back the daily Cryptoquip and the crossword puzzles that it had before it decided all of us are brainiacs, please raise your right hand?
