If Donald Trump is a patriot then I don’t want to be one.
May I suggest the following campaign slogan for Trump’s recent strategy to combat ISIS: “Ready. Fire. Aim.”
I said never, but, yes, I would vote for Trump. He’ll be the only one in Washington not worried about being politically correct for fear of losing his job. We will never be safe from terrorism relying on the politically correct crowd.

Now that Rep. Travis Couture-Lovelady has made sure Kansans can kill each other without the inconvenience of a license or training, he will officially lobby to “spread our model” elsewhere. As if 86 people dying a day in America by firearms isn’t enough blood for the NRA.

As we both have equal rights on and to the same roadway, I’d ask that you please not whip your gun out and blow my head off when I honk at you for your exceptionally rude and often dangerous behavior simply because you are too immature to handle the truth.
Wichita would do better to get rid of the car lanes and have only bus and bike lanes.
Bishop Carroll High School students and supporters: Sympathy to you all in the loss of coach Roger Robben. He was an icon to our community and will be missed.
